AI Advisory & Limitations

ArwanzAI is an evidence-first AI-assisted investigation and solution-advisory platform. It provides an FIR — First Investigation Report — rather than an automatic change engine.

This notice is a product safety statement, not a promise of error-free AI. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

1. What ArwanzAI does

ArwanzAI correlates permitted incident evidence, identifies supported findings, preserves uncertainty, generates reports and provides follow-up advisory guidance based on the investigation context.

2. What ArwanzAI does not guarantee

  • A correct root-cause determination in every case.
  • A complete conclusion when evidence is missing or contradictory.
  • A successful remediation outcome.
  • A specific performance improvement or uptime result.
  • Error-free or uninterrupted AI output.

3. Evidence first

Conclusions should remain bounded by what the supplied evidence actually supports. Missing evidence is surfaced rather than silently treated as proof. Different evidence paths may produce different confidence levels.

4. Customer review

Every recommendation, command or remediation suggestion should be independently reviewed by appropriately authorized customer personnel. The customer decides whether an action is suitable for its environment.

5. Automatic execution

NEVER. ArwanzAI does not automatically execute Oracle, operating-system, application or infrastructure changes as part of the analysis service.

6. Emergency production use

ArwanzAI should not be used as the sole authority for emergency production decisions. Normal DBA, change-management, backup/recovery, approval and rollback procedures remain necessary.

7. Report terminology

ArwanzAI uses FIR = First Investigation Report to describe its incident report. This is a product/reporting term and is not a statutory or police First Information Report.

8. Human responsibility

The AI assists investigation; qualified people remain responsible for operational judgment and execution. This separation is intentional and is a core safety boundary of the product.
