ARWANZAI POLICY

Terms of Service

These terms describe the intended rules for using ArwanzAI as an evidence-first investigation and advisory service. They are written to keep product capability, customer responsibility and legal boundaries clear.

Version 0.9.0-web-policyUpdated 26/09/2026Automatic execution: NEVER
Website publication note: the legal entity, registered address, tax configuration and governing-law fields are intentionally pending final business/legal setup. The substantive service boundaries above are the working ArwanzAI policy baseline.

1. Service nature

ArwanzAI provides evidence-based incident investigation, First Investigation Reports (FIRs), analytical findings, verification guidance and advisory remediation suggestions. ArwanzAI is not a monitoring guarantee, managed DBA service, Oracle support replacement or automatic change-execution service.

2. AI output and uncertainty

AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, uncertainty or incorrect inferences, particularly where evidence is missing, contradictory or insufficient. A finding is not a guarantee that a proposed cause is the actual root cause. Recommendations and commands are advisory and require independent review.

3. Customer-controlled execution

ArwanzAI does not automatically execute changes against customer Oracle, operating-system, application or infrastructure environments. Production execution remains under the customer's authorized DBA, change-management, backup/recovery and approval procedures.

4. Evidence responsibility

The customer is responsible for having the legal and organizational authority to collect and submit incident evidence, and for reviewing evidence before submission. Customers should not intentionally submit passwords, private keys, payment credentials, database credentials or unrelated sensitive information.

5. Acceptable use

  • Use authorized accounts and environments only.
  • Do not attempt cross-customer access, licensing bypasses or security circumvention.
  • Do not upload malware, stolen credentials or unrelated confidential information.
  • Do not represent ArwanzAI guidance as executed action when no such execution occurred.
  • Do not use the service to authorize an operational change without the customer's normal approval process.

6. Availability and limitations

ArwanzAI is designed to provide bounded, evidence-led assistance. The service may be unavailable, degraded or limited by provider, storage, evidence-quality, security or operational conditions. No guarantee is made that every incident will be identified, that every report will be complete, or that every remediation attempt will succeed.

7. Intellectual property

The ArwanzAI software, methodology, product interfaces, report structures and platform technology remain the property of the service provider or its licensors. Customer-provided evidence remains subject to the customer's rights and the applicable data-processing arrangement.

8. Commercial terms

Where a paid plan, pilot or enterprise arrangement is offered, the accepted order, licence and applicable commercial documents govern the specific price, term, seats, allowances, deployment model and support scope. Exact payment and tax mechanics are presented separately at commercial activation.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and any accepted customer-specific order or enterprise contract.

10. Liability framework

To the maximum extent legally permitted, the final agreement may exclude or limit indirect, incidental, consequential and similar losses and may apply an agreed aggregate liability cap. Mandatory statutory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Final wording, cap and governing law require legal review and the finalized contracting entity.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for licence expiry, non-payment, misuse, security concerns, unauthorized use or other grounds stated in the accepted commercial documents. Termination does not erase records that must be retained for legal, security, billing, entitlement or audit purposes.

12. Governing law

The contracting entity, registered address and governing-law/jurisdiction language will be inserted and legally approved before paid commercial activation.
